Infrastructure

  • GALD runs 100% on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.

Encryption

  • Your data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3.
  • Data is stored encrypted at rest with AES-256.

Database

  • Information is stored in PostgreSQL, with access restricted by network rules and security groups that admit only authorized GALD services.

Authentication and permissions

  • Every session is authenticated with AWS Cognito.
  • Only you and the users you authorize on your account can see your information.
  • The GALD team does not access your data unless you explicitly ask us to for technical support.

Audit logs

  • Audit logs of access to sensitive data.
  • Role-based access control and least privilege for authorized staff.

Backups and incidents

  • Automatic backups with geographic redundancy.
  • Periodic security testing and incident response.
  • If we detect a breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you without undue delay, as required by law.

What GALD does not do

  • GALD analyzes, simulates, explains, and recommends.
  • It does not execute transactions, move money, or approve decisions.
  • Approval always belongs to a person at your company.
